- WPRA Rule - 1.3.5.5. National Permit Members MAY NOT compete in PRCA rodeos that have a non-WPRA approved barrel race.
- WPRA Rule - 1.3.12.1. A WPRA member shall not participate in or perform an exhibition in a PRCA rodeo not approved by the WPRA.
